Farmer’s Choice

Weddings & Events

In 2025, we are offering loose stem orders with our “Farmer’s Choice” of the very best flowers blooming on harvest day, including focal flowers, fillers, and foliage. All the flowers we use are grown here on the farm, so bloom times are dependent on the weather and seasonality in our high desert climate. We have 3 large greenhouses and rows and rows of outdoor flower crops to offer the widest bloom selection in Central Oregon.

We can meet a loose stem budget with a minimum $700 order (235 mixed stems).

Our edible flower mix (for garnishing salads, cakes and plates) contents depend on bloom season but may include: Borage, Calendula, Centaura, Columbine, Dianthus, Gladiolus, Mallow, Marigold, Nasturtium, Viola, Anise Hyssop, Basils, Chive flowers, Mint, Oregano, Snapdragons, Strawberry Spinach, Runner Bean Flowers. Price: $35/clamshell (6.5” long x 4” wide x 2.5” tall)

A half-down deposit is required to secure flowers for your date.

We harvest two days before the event for loose stem orders to give clients ample time to arrange their own bouquets. We process stems in our air-conditioned studio, so that your flowers will be as fresh as possible at pickup. Clients need to bring sufficient buckets to collect their flowers at the farm. Flowers need to be transported in an air-conditioned vehicle, kept hydrated, and stored overnight in a cool, dark place.

“Thank you for the beautiful flowers for my wedding! I was truly speechless when I saw my bouquet, it was everything I envisioned plus so much more! The flowers were a true reflection of us as a couple and we were so happy!”

— Dayna Swanson
